Lifting weights like this isn't on my bucket list at all. I do lift small weights always hoping my arms will look I do. LOL I do notice it if I haven't lifted my little 10lbs for awhile. So it's something that I need to keep up with. Maybe one day it will be 15lbs. It's proven to help with bone density so I better get on with it. And be a Lady Little Lifter. : )
