Stress Can Affect Your Skin

If you ignore the product pimping at the end of this article I think it has some really information.  If we don't find a way to manage our stress it will show up in our body somewhere.  And our skin is our biggest organ.  Definitely interesting the bit about Botox and possibility of it helping with depression.   I'd love to get Botox for my forehead - right between my brows.  I frown all the time.  And often in my sleep.  My fix right now is a couple pieces of tape between the brows to restrict my frown.  What's the level of stress in your life on a scale from 1 to 10?  How do you deal with it?  I would love to read your comments below.  : )
