Midlife Tips and Tricks

Even though this isn't women specific I really wanted to post this.  I put myself on Weight Watchers because all of sudden I saw I was 10 pounds higher on the scale!  Shit! Yikes! Ugh!  Ugh because I knew I had to get a grip on this now.  I have lost about 7 so far but it doesn't come off fast like it used to.  But I like Weight Watchers because it just keeps me steady.  Though I do save a lot of my points for wine.  LOL  But I thought the exercise part of this was good.  30 mins does seem possible.  Do you exercise regularly?
