Entrepreneurs Can Still Be Nice and Succeed

Sometimes I have felt that I haven't achieved what I wanted yet is because I'm too nice. And I have know some very successful women entrepreneurs that could be nice but that wasn't their strong suit.   Hauser in this article reinforces that you don't have to "quash your niceness" and that our power of empathy and compassion can go a long way in building our businesses.  It's a balance I guess.  One that I do have to work on myself.  How about you?  Do you think you can be nice and still succeed?  I would love to read your comments below.  : )
