William & Mary Hires First Female President in College's 325-Year History
For the first time in its 325-year history, the College of William & Mary will have a female president. The Williamsburg college’s board of visitors on Tuesday unanimously selected Katherine Rowe, the current provost at a women’s college in Massachusetts, as its next president.
