Find Health & Happiness By Using Your Brain
The holidays can be a stressful time for lots of people. Ahh Understatement! Lots of feelings are pumping over the next few weeks. So what to do? We’ve heard the usual tips (sleep, exercise…) a hundred times but do I follow them. Maybe one. But I found this app called Jiyo.
Deepak Chopra is a co-founder of an app called Jiyo. I spent some time on it today and so far I really like it. The videos they post are under a minute which makes them easy to watch and there is a lot of good content. One yoga pose here, a lesson on how to really work your core (not what I thought) there and a good stretch of the spine which you could do in a busy day. I’m going to download and see how it works for me and get back to you.
