High Intensity Workouts Are Not Off The Table
Right now I’m out of the exercise routine. Last week I fell down some stairs right onto my knees so I’m nursing a swollen left knee. Even though I’m frustrated to not be exercising I’m grateful I didn’t crack anything on my fall. So I’ll take that good luck and know I’ll get back on the horse soon.
