Working in Later Life Is A Growing Trend

This is what is happening. And the more women over 50 that are not pushed out of a job or are hired is a good day. Kind of sad but true. I think if you really love your work working past retirement age isn’t hard. But that might not be as easy as it sounds. It would be helpful if women were given a heads up in their 40s to try to move their careers to what gives them the most joy since chances are that paychecks will need to keep coming after 65.
